Oregon Lottery® Trademark Guidelines

If you wish to use any Oregon Lottery® trademarks in any advertising or promotional materials, the following guidelines apply:

1. Submit your creative concepts to the Lottery’s Marketing Dept. before you design advertising which incorporates a Lottery logo or trade- or service-marked name.

2. All final artwork must be approved in writing by the Lottery’s Marketing Dept.

3. Submit all materials for review to brandi.hurtado@state.or.us Please allow five (5) calendar days for review and response. Include a contact name, phone number, or e-mail address.

Oregon Lottery® Administrative Rule Governing Trademarks 177-040-0055, Advertising Lottery Games and Inducements to Play Permission:

Permission for use of a trade or service mark may be granted in the exercise of the sole and exclusive discretion of the Lottery, taking into account the particularly sensitive nature of the Lottery and ensuring the integrity of its operations and image. Approval for use of a trade or service mark shall not be given for the display of the mark in an inappropriate manner or format.
